We would like to mention that PTCL has blocked all types of torrent downloads and uploads in Pakistan for those customers who are using PTCL DSL as well as PTCL wireless broadband services. According to different reports that PTCL users would not be able to keep track of different torrent files and in this way downloading torrent is not possible for them.
